Construction of Phase II of Woodlawn West Apartment Homes is underway! Phase II will bring a resident clubhouse, pool and cabana area, media room, fitness center, and laundry area to our community as well as more apartments. Phase II will be completed in Spring 2019. We are currently pre-leasing all 32 of our Phase II units.
