The Phase II expansion of Woodlawn West Apartment Homes is well under way. Phase II will include a resident clubhouse with a pool and cabana area, media room, grilling area, laundry area, and a fitness center for all of our residents to enjoy. Phase II will also include the addition of 32 more units (16 one bedrooms and 16 two bedrooms). We would like to give a special thanks to BMC and YKK AP America, Inc. for their help in making this project possible.
